Checking the Decider Redux

Man, I'm out of commission fighting a cold for a couple of days and all kinds of stuff happens. First it would appear they finally found JonBenet Ramsey's killer. And now a district judge has ruled Bush's warrantless surveillance program unconstitutional and ordered it halted. Of course it will be appealed but it's nice to think that the rule of law just might be making a bit of a comeback in this country.

Anyway, check in with Glenn for the lowdown on the ruling.

Many, many more questions than answered in the JonBenet Ramsey arrest.

1.) ex-wife says he was with her the night the girl was killed
2.) brother and father say Karr was never in Colorado
3.) Karr says he drugged the girl - no drugs were found in the autopsy

I hope they found their killer, but barring more factual detail, this guy looks and sounds like just another attention-starved kook.

Here's to hoping the ruling stands up on appeal with the clarity that judge Taylor brought to it.
